Solids Control and Waste Management equipment Rental and Manpower services
Our team consist of solid control engineers with vast experience in oil and gas drilling services having participated in the drilling of over fifty-seven oil wells in Turkana Kenya under affiliate companies schlumberger, weatherford, qmax solutions, IDEC and Tullow Oil Kenya being the main client. The rigs worked on are marriot, weatherford, sakson among others.
Our team have also participated in gas well drilling in Lamu Kenya and Mtwara Tanzania working with Sakson rig, car oilrig.
The activities undertaken are but not limited to shale shaker rig up and maintenance, mechanical centrifuges rig-up and maintenance,verti-G rig-up and maintenance, dewatering unit rig up and maintenance, centrifugal pump repairs and maintenance, mono pumps repair and maintenance ,drilling mud solids control and waste management.
Power and Energy Audit
Our team has carried out energy audits in partnership with merculex energy. We have audited several factories in Kericho county Kenya. Some of the factories audited include but not limited to evergreen tea factory, kuresoi tea factory, kiptagich tea factory among others.
These energy audits in turn enable our customers to make informed decisions about energy investments like solar and makes them become energy conscious since the audits pinpoint the exact areas of energy wastage and measures to counter the same.
We also carry out these energy audits whenever we are designing solar systems .This helps us to come up with the best and most economical system taking to account all factors and return on investment.
Switchgear supply and installation
Our team are actively involved in the design and installation of electrical switchgears. In partnership with some of our suppliers like kenmet ltd, electrical distributors ltd, we have been able to capture a good percentage of the market in this area.
We also do switchgear maintenance and some of our clients in this area are Siginon aviation who are the once handling cargo for Qatar airways in Kenya today.
Our switchgear components are ABB, Schneider, and Merlin and lately we have started using Chint. Our services here still include voltage regulators installation and maintenance, design, installation and maintenance of power-factor correction equipment.
Power Substation installation and maintenance
Having had experience in power substation installation of a 220kv to 66kv substation in Nairobi North Olkaria project, our team are keen to advancing this service. By collaborating with interested companies like Siemens to deliver turnkey projects of this nature. We are yet to fully explore our potential in this and invite any stakeholder willing to bring us onboard.
Solar Power supply, installation and maintenance
Our team are able to design and implement minigrids and standalone solar PV power. Solar water heaters, thermodynamic solar water heaters. We have been involved in the upgrade of telecommunication power system to hybrid power system. This integrates solar, grid, lithium ion batteries and generator on priority basis with an aim to cost cutting on utility bills and limiting diesel fuel usage.
This has been very successful since we have cutover more than sixty sites so far .The main client in this case is American towers .We have been working under other contractor like Camusat Kenya ,Egypro East Africa among others.
We are currently in the process of starting a similar project with Safaricom and are very bullish that we will succeed looking at our record of accomplishment.
